Cost Management Graduate Development Programme

We are seeking talented individuals to join our Cost Management team as part of our Graduate Development Programme. This 24-month programme provides a comprehensive learning environment to help you become a well-rounded cost management professional.

As a graduate, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and programmes, gaining exposure to complex cost management issues and developing your skills in areas such as contract administration, cost control, and cost modelling.

You will be part of a supportive team environment that drives your development and helps you grow your career as a professional. Our team is committed to delivering excellent service to our clients and upholding our commitment to quality.

During the programme, you will receive formal training to establish and develop core and technical skills in multiple areas of quantity surveying, including support through your RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC).

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about the built environment and the construction industry, with a strong analytical mindset and a knack for exploring and presenting data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on a variety of projects and programmes to gain exposure to complex cost management issues
  • Develop skills in areas such as contract administration, cost control, and cost modelling
  • Participate in formal training to establish and develop core and technical skills in quantity surveying
  • Support clients in delivering excellent service and upholding quality standards
