About the Role
AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers, including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new customer opportunities by navigating prospective accounts from and into a senior executive level.
- Understand business opportunities and demonstrate the unique benefits of solving them with AWS services.
- Receive hands-on training and mentorship to grow, learn, and be successful.
Requirements
- Experience navigating prospective accounts from and into a senior executive level to identify new customer opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Fluent in Italian (speak, write, and read).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT sales.
- Sales or equivalent certification.
- Experience using Salesforce.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
