As a key member of our senior regional officer team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our members. With a strong focus on customer service, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional service to our members, leading a great team of officers, and helping to deliver the region's operational plan.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, positive, and has excellent customer service skills. You will need to network across a variety of employers and form part of the regional management team, supporting our work in organising and leading your team in casework and EDI.
We offer a competitive pay structure with annual pay progression until you reach the top of the salary scale.
