Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pre-Litigation File Handling Assistant to join our team at Keoghs LLP. As a key member of our pre-litigation team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our claims handling teams with various essential tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactive Support: Assist pre-lit teams with tasks such as monitoring the claims management system, maintaining spreadsheets, and ensuring accurate data entry.
  • Claims Management: Complete new claim actions, handle claims-related tasks, and support claims handlers with administrative duties.
  • Administrative Duties: Raise low-value payments, assist with training, and onboard run-off work on various projects.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate data on our case management system and comply with client service level agreements.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure high standards of service and productivity.
Requirements
  • Experience: 12 months of relevant administrative or claims support experience.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
