Job Title: Personal Injury File Handler

Keoghs is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Injury File Handler to join our team in Liverpool. As a key member of our litigated Retail team, you will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload of EL and PL cases for high-profile corporate and insurance clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout the claims process.
  • Assess and advise on liability and quantum, developing strategies to resolve cases with the best possible outcome.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients, adhering to quality standards and Keoghs' values.
  • Manage and prioritize workload effectively, ensuring timely and accurate handling of cases.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in EL and PL claims, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in handling litigated EL and PL cases with a value of up to £25,000.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong IT skills and experience with case management systems.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
