As a consultant joining GROW, you'll be working within a diverse team of consultants, cultivating a deep understanding of our sectors, building long-term relationships with clients and colleagues, and finding ways to improve the ways in which we work.


Key Sustainability Risks and Opportunities:


As an Environmental, Social & Governance Consultant in our Property & Investment team, you will support our investor clients understand key sustainability risks and opportunities when they are acquiring properties or refurbishing their existing property portfolios across the UK and Europe.


We do this by providing a range of environmental, social and governance (ESG) services.


You will be fundamental in driving our digital solutions to analyse, assess and report on matters such as Net Zero Carbon, climate change risk, green building certification and sustainable building design, among others.


This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and market leading team, learn about a rapidly changing landscape of regulatory and market drivers in real estate investment, and support some of the largest investment firms in the world.


Qualifications and Experience:



  • You will be graduating in or have recently graduated with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree.
  • You will demonstrate typical Arcadian skills including Resilience, Creativity, Analytical Thinking and being a Team Player.
  • You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to use your technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
  • Willing to travel and stay away from home when required (where possible we embrace virtual working).
