Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and accurate Medical Records Administrator to join our team at Spire Healthcare Ltd. As a Medical Records Administrator, you will be responsible for the preparation, tracking, and accurate storage of all medical records for the hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare medical records prior to outpatient clinics and transport them to the relevant department(s) for filing.
  • Ensure the accurate and meticulous preparation, tracking, and storage of all medical records.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with high volumes of appointments.
Requirements
  • Highly organized and accurate with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good communication and computer literacy skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide excellent customer service.
