Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Records Administrator to join our team at Spire Healthcare Ltd. As a Medical Records Administrator, you will be responsible for the preparation, tracking, and accurate storage of all medical records for the hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare medical records prior to outpatient clinics and transport them to the relevant department(s) for filing.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of medical records, maintaining a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with the medical records team to ensure seamless record-keeping and retrieval processes.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in medical records software.
