About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled KS3 SEMH teacher to join our team in the East of England. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting students with SEMH needs and contributing to their academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing one-to-one or small group tutoring to Key Stage 3 students
  • Creating and implementing individualised education plans
  • Delivering engaging and interactive lessons
  • Assessing student progress and adjusting teaching strategies
  • Collaborating with school staff and external professionals

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience working with SEMH students
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A strong understanding of SEMH interventions
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education

What We Offer

In addition to a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, we offer a range of benefits including flexible working hours and opportunities for professional development.
