Job Title: Cloud and Data Center Director

Join Eisai EMEA as a Cloud and Data Center Director and lead the design, engineering, and development of globally optimized IT infrastructure cloud platforms. As a key member of our team, you will own cloud hosting environments, including data center strategies, ensuring they address business strategies and priorities across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the design, engineering, and development of globally optimized IT infrastructure cloud platforms.
  • Own cloud hosting environments, including data center strategies, ensuring they address business strategies and priorities.
  • Provide direction input for technology selection, system integration, and governance across cloud enterprise platforms and on-premises computing platforms.
  • Lead the enterprise through the optimization and migration to new cloud technologies, evaluating processing performance relating to cloud infrastructure utilization, reliability, financial forecasting, and human resources needed to meet established service level objectives.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in IT platform services domain, including extensive working experience in cloud and data center platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience as a solutions architect on cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/Google.
  • Advanced certification with one or more cloud providers, such as AWS Certified Architect Professional.
  • Effective leadership skills, including team building, consensus building, and achieving goals through others.
  • Strong track record of effective cross-functional team collaboration and execution.
