Job Title: Cloud and Data Center Director

Eisai EMEA is seeking a highly experienced Cloud and Data Center Director to lead our global IT infrastructure strategy. As a key member of our IT leadership team, you will be responsible for designing, engineering, and developing globally optimized IT infrastructure cloud platforms.

About the Role

The Cloud and Data Center Director will own cloud hosting environments, including data center strategies, ensuring they address business strategies and priorities across various business functions. You will also be responsible for ensuring the cloud strategy is integrated with Eisai's strategic principles and internal standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, engineer, and develop globally optimized IT infrastructure cloud platforms
  • Own cloud hosting environments, including data center strategies
  • Ensure cloud strategy is integrated with Eisai's strategic principles and internal standards
  • Provide direction input for technology selection, system integration, and governance across cloud enterprise platforms and on-premises computing platforms
  • Lead the enterprise through the optimization and migration to new cloud technologies
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in IT platform services domain, including extensive working experience in cloud and data center platforms
  • Demonstrated experience as a solutions architect on cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/Google
  • Advanced certification with one or more cloud providers
  • Effective leadership skills, including team building, consensus building, and achieving goals through others
  • Strong track record of effective cross-functional team collaboration and execution
