Strategic Asset Manager for Local Authority Projects

We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Asset Manager to join our team in West Yorkshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of property and estate-related capital projects and programmes across a defined portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Develop strong working relationships with stakeholders from across the Council team to ensure their requirements from property and projects are embedded within the Strategic Asset Management Plan.
- Implement the council Estate Strategy and asset management plans by acting as the key interface between stakeholder clients and the property services.
To be considered for this role, you will require a degree in a building, engineering or construction-related subject. MRICS or CIOB Qualified with demonstrable post-qualification experience as a Building Surveyor, Project Manager, or Quantity Surveyor.
About the SalaryThe salary for this position is £60,000 per annum, paid on a PAYE basis.
