Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Instrumentation Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality control and instrumentation engineering services on a variety of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute control and instrumentation engineering deliverables on a project-by-project basis.
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure that control and instrumentation systems are designed and implemented to meet project requirements.
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure that control and instrumentation systems are integrated with other plant systems.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in control and instrumentation engineering.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in control and instrumentation engineering on medium to large capital projects.
  • Strong knowledge of control and instrumentation systems, including DCS, PLC, and SIS systems.
  • Experience with hazardous area instrumentation and electrical protection methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Chartered Engineer status or working towards it.
