About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Property Partner to join our award-winning Real Estate department at William James Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for advising a broad range of private individuals and businesses on a full range of real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a high-value, complex caseload with a growth mindset
  • Supervising and delegating work to junior solicitors
  • Working closely with the Head of Department on business development opportunities
  • Advising clients on real estate transactions, including investors, developers, and lenders

Requirements:

  • Real Estate Managing Associate/Partner with experience gained at a reputable law firm
  • Strong technical ability, commercial acumen, and a passion for business development
  • Ability to work to deadlines/targets, to prioritise, and manage a varied caseload of property matters from inception to completion
  • Ability to work within a team to develop and grow the department
  • Strong academic profile
