Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement evidence-based nursing care plans, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of patient care.
  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals to achieve results and improve patient outcomes.
  • Act as a positive role model, promoting a culture of excellence and professionalism within the team.

The successful candidate will be registered as a Nurse (RN1) with active NMC registration and have a willingness to work towards a recognised SACT course and complete UKONS SACT Passport.
