Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake regular site visits to ensure adherence to housing standards and policies.
  • Manage anti-social behaviour cases, including attending and contributing to multi-agency meetings.
  • Conduct joint visits with partner agencies, including social care and law enforcement, to address complex cases.
  • Handle a variety of inquiries through emails and telephone calls regarding tenancy and estate matters.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service, providing support and advice to residents.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a housing management team within a local authority or Housing Association.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of housing management functions including tenancy management, ASB, safeguarding, rents, multi-agency working, and estate work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Desirable: Familiarity with ReAct ASB case management system (not essential).
  • Desirable: Familiarity with Northgate/NEC housing management system (not essential).
  • Ability to commute to the designated area and adhere to the hybrid working arrangement.
