Manufacturing Team Lead

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all supervisor food safety and health & safety checks are completed on time and in full.
They will also be responsible for managing and controlling costs, yields and giveaway within the Packing Department.
Other key responsibilities include ensuring the Packing area runs at optimal output in accordance to production plans, training staff, and taking responsibility for the counselling and identifying training and development needs.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Opening and locking the factory
- Starting up and shutting down production line machinery
- Putting in a 4-week staff rota
- Ensuring the company mobile phone is fully charged before each shift
