Job Title: Financial Controller Hybrid

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller Hybrid to join our team at New Appointments Group. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes and providing expert advice to our management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, and ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement financial strategies.
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers and journals.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including management and external auditors.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including suppliers and customers.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications in accounting or finance, such as AAT Level 4 or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a financial role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
