We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Strategic Campaign Manager in London.

As part of our dynamic campaign secretariat, you will play a crucial role in supporting key relationships and operational delivery, working closely with senior advisory and engaging with stakeholders, partners, and the High-Level Advisory Group.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate relationships with stakeholders across the campaign network, ensuring regular updates and effective communication to foster collaboration and build strong partnerships.
  • Manage project tasks to ensure timely delivery of key campaign activities, leveraging skills in project management and coordination to drive success.
Contact Tracking and Event Coordination
  • Organize stakeholder lists and update data within Salesforce, utilizing CRM tools for efficient tracking and analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Support event planning, logistics, and on-site coordination for high-profile international events, showcasing exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Communications and Evaluation Support
  • Draft and coordinate communications with stakeholders, including emails and updates, maintaining clear and concise messaging that aligns with the campaign's vision.
  • Ensure aligned messaging and identity across the campaign network, promoting a cohesive brand image and reinforcing the organization's values.
Requirements and Benefits
  • At least 3 years of experience in project coordination or campaign management, demonstrating expertise in coordinating complex projects and driving results-oriented initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple tasks and tracking progress, driving success in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or a similar CRM tool, with experience managing databases and large datasets, analyzing data insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to manage relationships at various levels, building trust and rapport with stakeholders and partners.
  • Multilingual beyond English, enhancing cultural competence and facilitating cross-cultural collaboration.
  • £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits package, reflecting the company's commitment to employee satisfaction.
