Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Dulux Decorating Centres. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth, and supporting the success of our stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm welcome and personalized service to customers, ensuring they receive a consistent and high-quality experience.
- Use our client service tools to ensure a seamless customer journey and drive sales growth.
- Support the store's monthly customer contact plan and contribute to the development of new business opportunities.
