Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team on a long-term basis. The successful candidate will provide support to pupils and staff, contributing to high standards and achievements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the teacher in behavioural management and lesson delivery
* Provide exceptional support to staff and pupils
* Foster a caring and encouraging learning environment
* Motivate and encourage pupils to achieve their potential
Requirements:
* Hold a Right to Work in the UK
* Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate
* Provide two professional child-related references
