Our ideal candidate will have worked within Parts Supply, large Motor Factor or Industrial / Engineering Supplies / Distributor and possess excellent sales and business support skills.

Role Overview

We are seeking an Internal Account Manager to support our UK sales team in delivering Garage Workshop Consumables across the Engineering Supplies, Industrial Distribution and MRO space. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking and processing orders while building solid customer relationships.

Skill Requirements

  1. Field Sales Support Experience: Knowledge and experience of supporting a field sales based function is vital.
  2. Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide attentive customer service skills and take ownership of customer queries.
  3. Sales Growth: A nose for increasing and sniffing out incremental sales to increase average order values.
  4. New Customer Onboarding: Setting up and onboarding new customers to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience.
  5. IT Literacy: High level of IT literacy, particularly presentations packages and analytical capabilities via Microsoft Excel.
  6. Professional Outlook: Able to quickly build and develop customer relationships with a professional outlook.

Benefits and Salary

The successful candidate can expect a salary of circa £28-32k + Bonus + Pension, along with a Monday to Friday working week (no weekends).
