Elite Touch Group, a well-established client, is seeking a seasoned Civil Litigation Solicitor to take on an existing caseload and explore new business opportunities. This esteemed position demands high-quality legal advice and representation with minimal supervision.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Managing a diverse caseload of litigation matters, including commercial contracts, business disputes, property issues, debt claims.
This accomplished role requires in-depth knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents. Strong negotiation, communication, and advocacy skills are essential for effective representation of clients and collaboration with opposing parties. Proficiency in computer systems is also required.

We anticipate the successful candidate will have a salary range between £60,000 - £90,000 per annum.
