Digital Content Creation Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Content Creator to join our team at CAD-IT UK Ltd. As a Vehicle Diagnostic Author, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality technical documentation for a renowned automotive OEM.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. You must be able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose complex faults based on initial symptom/DTC
  • Develop and implement process workflows for fault resolution
  • Liaise with engineering teams to ensure accuracy and quality
