Production Administrator Job Description

Our client, a leading company in the industry, is seeking an experienced Production Administrator to join their team in Thatcham. This is a full-time, permanent position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Book temporary staff to meet operational demands
  • Oversee production, ensuring all processes run efficiently and meet high standards of accuracy and quality
  • Manage the pick and pack process, order checking, and generate accurate courier and barcode labels
  • Conduct thorough checks of incoming goods, identifying and resolving any discrepancies
Requirements:
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience in a supervisory role in a warehouse/production environment
  • Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
