Software Delivery Coordination Role

At Vodafone, we're committed to delivering high-quality software products to our customers. To achieve this goal, we need a skilled Release Train Engineer to coordinate our Agile Release Train. As a Software Delivery Coordinator, you'll be responsible for orchestrating the ART process across Vodafone, ensuring timely delivery of software products.

You'll have a strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks, particularly SAFe. You'll be able to build strong relationships across teams and levels of the organisation, and effectively facilitate large group ceremonies. Your analytical and problem-solving skills will help you identify areas for optimization and implement best practices.

Key responsibilities include coordinating dependencies, facilitating resolution of impediments, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and proactively identifying and managing risks and issues. You'll work with teams to develop mitigation plans and ensure timely resolution of impediments.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. A deep understanding of value stream management principles, the software delivery lifecycle, and the ability to drive innovation and efficiency are critical attributes.
