School Support Role

As an SEN Education Specialist, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the education of young individuals by focusing on their specific needs. We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds with experiences in engaging learners and supporting them in overcoming learning barriers within the school environment.

  • Collaborating with children who have SEN and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
Minimum Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in SEN/education.
  • Experience in effectively engaging young individuals with complex and challenging behaviours.
  • Access to personal transport with the ability to travel within a 15-mile radius.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary paid weekly without deductions or involvement of umbrella companies. Our company provides opportunities for professional growth, along with free and discounted Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to advance your career in school support. You will also receive a salary estimated at around £25,000-£30,000 per annum.

In return for your dedication, we offer flexible working hours aligning with school opening times (08:30-15:30). You can choose days worked occasionally limited to mornings or afternoons.
