Job Title: Chef and Trainer

FIND, a specialist staffing business, seeks an experienced Chef and Trainer to join their team. As a hybrid worker, you will work from home with occasional travel around the East of England and London. This role offers a competitive salary package of £27,660, rising to £28,217 upon successful completion of a 6-month probationary period.

Responsibilities
  1. Conduct initial assessments to determine learner suitability for hospitality qualifications.
  2. Prioritize accurate paperwork completion during sign-up meetings.
  3. Maintain regular reviews with learners and line managers to track progress.
  4. Deliver tailored training and coaching sessions to ensure learner success.
  5. Evaluate evidence and provide constructive feedback to support learner growth.

  • Extensive experience in the culinary industry.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality training and coaching sessions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
