Job Title: Senior Publicity Manager

DDA, a leading global creative marketing and strategic communications agency, is seeking an ambitious and proactive Senior Publicity Manager to join their busy TV team.

We are a bespoke service offering global reach for festivals, networks, platforms, producers, distributors, financiers, government organisations, and brands. Our agency provides creative and insightful strategies, tailored campaign solutions, and a 'round-the-clock' service across all our lines of business.

We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to manage accounts with limited oversight, demonstrating excellent press relationships borne from working on high-profile projects.

About the Role
  1. Work closely with the Director of TV and senior partners to trouble-shoot any issues relating to ongoing work.
  2. Oversight of day-to-day client management, rectifying issues as they arise.
  3. Oversee timely coverage reporting for clients with the support of the wider team.
  4. Maintain standards for reporting, interview requests, asset timelines etc.
  5. Disseminate new assets to media, utilising the depth of the team.
  6. Collaborate with the strengths of the team to find the best solution for any given project.
Requirements
  • Experience with unit publicity capture, press access, photography and EPK.
  • Understanding of picture publicity and ability to devise creative ideas and work with photographers and designers.
  • Exposure to budget management.
  • Client management experience.
  • Exceptional relationship building skills and high emotional intelligence.
  • Confidence speaking to Senior Executives and Talent.
  • Proficient in presentation software and other Microsoft packages.
Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated at $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
