About the Job

We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Community Nursery Nurse to work with the 0-19 (25 SEND) North Lincolnshire team. As a Community Nursery Nurse, you will collaborate with Health Visitors, staff nurses, and family support workers to deliver the Healthy Child Programme.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. A BTEC Childhood Studies, NNEB, relevant NVQ III, or diploma in Childcare and Education is preferred. Experience in community work is also desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the 0-19 team and other agencies to improve population health and well-being.
  • Provide play activities in home environments and group settings.
  • Coinvestigate the Healthy Child Programme through sessions, groups, or home visits.
  • Participate in health education and promotion.

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum.
