Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Wallace Hind Selection LTD. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving commercial growth and developing strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively develop and maintain strong relationships with our top clients, gaining a deep understanding of their needs and capacity.
  • Identify new business opportunities within these accounts and cultivate, develop, and maximize relationships.
  • Work closely with our internal sales team to communicate with our wider customer base, including distributors, resellers, and OEMs.
  • Collaborate with our technical team to secure opportunities arising from new product introductions and innovations.
  • Achieve a sales target of £1.8M.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record of commercial success in sales and business development, ideally from a technical environment with an industrial component.
  • Experience and knowledge of the industrial distribution, automotive, aerospace, defence, agriculture, telematics, automation, or MHE market sectors.
  • The ability to demonstrate how you have developed and grown existing clients, both national businesses and smaller independents.
  • Achieved £1M+ targets.
