The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Nursing Home Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our care home. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the care home's operation, including care quality, staff management, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the care home operates in compliance with CIW regulations, meeting all statutory and legal requirements.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the care team to deliver person-centred care.
  • Manage and supervise staff, ensuring continuous professional development and effective team performance.
  • Oversee the financial management of the care home, including budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure that care plans are updated regularly and reflect the needs and preferences of residents.
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to maintain and improve care quality.
  • Liaise with CIW to ensure compliance and best practice.
