We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Nursing Home Manager to lead our dedicated team and ensure the smooth running of our home. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming and supportive environment that promotes well-being and dignity for our residents.

The Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Nursing Home Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care to our residents
  • Developing and implementing care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the home, including managing budgets and resources
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a nursing home or care setting
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and other stakeholders
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours
