We are searching for a compassionate SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our dedicated team at a primary SEND school in Lambeth. The ideal candidate will be committed to supporting young learners in a positive and inclusive environment.

'This is a great opportunity to make a real impact on children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Our SEN Learning Support Assistants work collaboratively with teachers to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and adapt learning techniques to support individual needs.

'The successful candidate will have the ability to provide one-on-one assistance to students with SEN, helping them achieve their personal and academic goals. They will also be responsible for fostering a caring and inclusive classroom atmosphere that prioritizes each student's emotional and social well-being.

'Key Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one assistance to students with SEN
• Work collaboratively with teachers to implement IEPs and adapt learning techniques
• Foster a caring and inclusive classroom atmosphere
• Assist with daily classroom activities
• Maintain ongoing communication with families and carers

'Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
• Experience working with SEN support is a plus
• Patient, understanding approach and a commitment to making a difference
• Adaptability and creativity in working with a variety of learning styles
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of teamwork
