Curriculum Development Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Head of Curriculum Development to join our team at Trinity High School. As a key member of our Management Team, you will assist the Head Teacher in managing the school and contribute to whole-school initiatives.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with a strong commitment to Gospel values and a focus on student growth. They will also be responsible for the leadership, good management, and strategic direction of colleagues.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the overall management of the school
  • Contribute to curriculum delivery and whole-school initiatives

Requirements:

We are looking for an individual with a strong track record of leadership and innovation, who is passionate about delivering high-quality education and supporting the development of our students. The salary for this role is £43,895-£61,691 per annum, depending on experience.
