The Job: We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and approachable individual to join our team as the Primary Office Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the school and support the wider school community.

Job Description:

  • Lead a small, dedicated office team to ensure the smooth running of the school's administrative functions.
  • Act as the first point of contact for parents, staff, and visitors, providing excellent customer service.
  • Manage student attendance, admissions, and records.
  • Coordinate school communications, including newsletters, emails, and updates.
  • Manage the school's budget in collaboration with the headteacher, including handling invoices, orders, and financial reporting.

About You: We are looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience in office management, preferably within a school or education setting.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Competence in IT systems, including Microsoft Office and SIMS.
  • An ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and positive attitude.
  • A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and safeguarding practices.
