Job Summary

Main Tasks:

  • Carry out general maintenance duties to maintain the school's facilities.
  • Perform minor repairs and refurbishments as required.
  • Handle porterage and DIY tasks to support site operations.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance by following relevant regulations.
  • Be responsible for opening and closing the site, including necessary checks.
Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a site or premises role is mandatory.
  • School experience is advantageous but not necessary.
  • A fully Enhanced DBS is required for this position.
  • General maintenance experience is necessary for effective site management.
  • Reliability and strong work ethic are essential qualities.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, prioritization abilities, and independence while maintaining a secure and healthy environment for students and staff.

Salary: £29,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
