We're seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team of creatives, engineers, marketers, and business professionals. This role is ideal for those with up to two years of sales experience or career changers looking to build a career in tech sales. As an Outbound Sales Development Representative on our Sales Development team, you will be responsible for prospecting into new accounts and partnering with Account Executives to initiate new customer relationships. Your meetings will directly contribute to our growing sales pipeline of Mid-Market and Enterprise customers.
This is a full-time role that can be held from our London office.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet specific daily and monthly activity metrics to help progress toward revenue goals.
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders within Figma's target Enterprise and Mid-Market accounts.
- Are motivated to pursue a career in sales.
- Held an internship in sales and/or business development.
- Prior experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and other prospecting tools.
