AUTEL Automotive Intelligence – Europe invites applications for a UK Technical Support Professional position, requiring expertise in automotive diagnostics and customer support.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing technical inquiries and providing timely resolutions.
  • Drive project success from initiation to completion, documenting progress and outcomes.
  • Handle UK-based after-sales repairs, process warranty claims, and manage spare parts inventory.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze customer feedback, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions.
  • Design and deliver engaging product training sessions, synthesizing customer insights to inform R&D initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as automotive engineering or electronics.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a related industry, preferably with charging station technology or automotive diagnostic tools.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills, along with adaptability and a growth mindset.
  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English, with additional European languages beneficial.
  • Travel required within the UK and Europe.

Estimated salary range: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum.
