Job Description:

As a Safety Specialist in the North Chilterns to Aylesbury area, you will be responsible for promoting and assisting with Corporate and Local SHW Campaigns. You will foster relationships with onsite operational teams and supply chain, and monitor and drive SHW Performance.

Key responsibilities include completing Site Safety Inspections, proactively seeking trends or anomalies, and advising the SHW Manager on common trends, events or inspection findings.

In addition, you will manage multiple priorities, utilize excellent communication and engagement skills, and possess strong knowledge of SH&W. You must also hold a full driving license.

Benefits and Salary:
This role offers a competitive salary (£43,000 - £50,000 per annum) and benefits package, including inclusiveness and equality of opportunity. Your CV may be shared with joint venture partners, and you will undergo relevant pre-employment checks, including BPSS security clearance.
