National Sales Director

Gillespie Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled National Sales Manager to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share in the fluid power sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals and product range.
- Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Set and monitor sales targets, providing guidance and support to ensure objectives are met.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales management role with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to sell products or services successfully.
- Proficient in administrative tasks related to sales management.
Location: The role is based in Sunderland with some UK travel required. Candidates must be based in the Northeast of England and be eligible to work in the UK.
