Commercial Laundry Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Laundry Engineer to join our team at CV Bay Ltd. As a Commercial Laundry Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing commercial laundry and warewash equipment in care homes and other associated establishments across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service and maintain commercial laundry and warewash equipment, including industrial washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, and glasswashers.
  • Conduct fault finding and repair work on commercial equipment in care homes and other associated establishments.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
  • Relevant experience working on commercial kitchen or commercial laundry appliances.
  • 18th Edition Electrics or NVQ or relevant electrical qualifications.
  • Full Driver's Licence.
Package:
  • Basic salary from £35,000 - £40,000.
  • 40hr working week.
  • Door to door pay.
  • Monday to Friday work (no on call).
  • Overtime rates paid at your flat rate during the week: standard, 1.5 sat 2 Sundays.
  • Optional weekend work, Saturdays paid at x1.5 and Sundays x2.
  • Holiday days: 20 days + 8 bank holidays.
  • Private Pension.
  • Statutory sick pay.
  • Van + fuel card (brand new Renault Traffic).
  • Van can also be used for personal use.
  • Tools and uniform.
  • Smart phone & Tablet.
  • Training provided & funded when needed.
