About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Laundry Assistant to join our team at Thermae Bath Spa. As a Laundry Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our laundry services, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in all aspects of the laundry operation, including processing, cleaning, and maintenance of laundry equipment.
  • Provide timely and efficient laundry services to customers, ensuring high-quality results and excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with the laundry team to achieve operational goals and objectives.
  • Maintain a clean and organized laundry area, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve laundry efficiency and quality.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Clear driving license (preferable but not essential).
  • Ability to lift and move laundry equipment and supplies.
