Laundry Assistant Job Description

Located in the heart of the world heritage city of Bath, Thermae Bath Spa is an award-winning day spa where you can bathe in natural thermal waters, as the Celts and Romans did over 2000 years ago.

We are seeking a Laundry Assistant to join our team, responsible for assisting in all aspects of the laundry operation. This includes ensuring timely processing of laundry deliveries and maintaining excellent quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the laundry operation, including sorting, washing, drying, and folding
  • Process laundry deliveries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
  • Clear driving license (preferable but not essential)
  • Age 25 or over (due to insurance requirements)
