We are seeking an exceptional classroom teacher to take on the additional responsibility of leading Drama in our supportive and collegiate workplace culture.
About the Role:
As a key member of our teaching team, you will be responsible for leading and developing the Drama department, working closely with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and engaging curriculum for our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Drama department, developing and implementing curriculum plans to meet the needs of our students.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and engaging curriculum across the school.
- Develop and maintain relationships with students, parents, and the wider community to promote the value of Drama in education.
- Contribute to the development of school policies and procedures related to Drama.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall well-being of the school community.
