Majestic Wine is seeking a Seasonal Wine Delivery Associate to join our team over the busy Christmas period.

The Role

As a Seasonal Wine Delivery Associate, you will be the face of Majestic to our delivery customers, ensuring excellent customer service and experience. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery process, including picking deliveries, loading the van, and delivering wine to customers' homes, workplaces, or venues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver wine to customers with a smile and a helpful attitude
  • Ensure the van is maintained to a high standard
  • Communicate effectively with customers to book in deliveries and provide updates on delivery time slots
  • Find ways to be more efficient with driving time and reduce costs
  • Be an ambassador for Majestic while driving, ensuring safe and confident driving

Requirements

  • Hold a full UK/EU/EEA manual driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Be able and comfortable with carrying up to 18kg weight
  • Excellent time-management, delegation, and problem-solving skills
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience and service to every single customer
