Key Responsibilities:- Clean and sanitize surfaces, floors, and equipment using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Collect and dispose of waste in designated containers.
- Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, vacuums, and pressure washers.
- Report any maintenance issues to the maintenance team.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Notify management of any supplies that need to be restocked.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Prior experience in an industrial cleaning role.
- Ability to use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects and bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods of time.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
