About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Assistant to join our team at Lidl in Deutschland. As a Cleaning Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our stores, ensuring a positive experience for our customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the store's cleanliness and organization, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning surfaces
  • Operate industrial cleaning machinery and equipment
  • Clean the welfare area, including toilets, waste, and recycling sections
  • Perform minor maintenance tasks as needed
  • Ensure that hygiene and Health and Safety standards are upheld

Requirements

  • Experience in cleaning or maintenance is beneficial but not essential
  • A hands-on approach and a keen eye for detail
  • Passion to do the best job for your store and team
  • Drive and independence to carry out tasks to the best of your ability
