Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Junior Implementation Engineer, Software to join our team at Interface Recruitment UK.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves working on software development projects, collaborating with the central IT Development team, and promoting adherence to best practice standards. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, experience in configuration of case management systems, and proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Software Development: Develop and maintain case management systems, adhering to agreed procedures regarding full testing before live implementation.
  • Project Leadership: Work with the central IT Development team as a project leader on Departmental development projects where required.
  • Adherence to Best Practices: Promote and monitor adherence to best practice standards/appropriate methodologies.
  • Team Collaboration: Provide guidance and support to other team members, assist with improvement and maintenance of the Department's databases, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Information Security: Ensure that information is handled in accordance with the firm's policies and procedures relating to information security.
Requirements:
  • Technical Skills: Experience in developing, testing, and maintaining applications, along with project management, business analysis, and 1st line experience.
  • Soft Skills: Flexible individual with good planning skills and personal organisation, accurate worker able to see tasks through to the end, professional and credible, with both technical and non-technical people.
Estimated Salary:

£35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
