The Role

As a representative of Novax Recruitment, you will act as a liaison between our clients and their customers, delivering a range of services that meet the needs of various utility companies. Your core activity will involve visiting customer premises to perform the following functions:

  • Gathering additional customer data, including meter reads and vulnerabilities.
  • Conducting planned delivery visits (PDV) in line with client requirements.
  • Negotiating payment arrangements with customers.
  • Executing documentation to secure payment to the client.
  • Executing warrants to secure payment or access to resolve issues.
